October 11 is our first SSC Architecture Framework Advisory Committee Meeting, where I will be representing CATA and bringing updates from the international cloud working groups, along with insights to help the Canadian Advanced Technology industry. This major Canadian Government initiative to form a new Shared Services Department from 43 government departments and agencies is definitely one most aggressive shared/ cloud strategies in the world.
I enjoyed presenting at Starwest in Anaheim October 3. Cloud topics very hot here as well as the weather! Testing in the cloud and contemplating BYOD were leading topics and exhibitor services of interest. I appreciated the support at Starwest, especially promoting the IFPUG book.
