NIST Cloud Workshop June 5-7 in DC – steady progress

We had a very good workshop, providing an opportunity to validate some of the new directions and priorities for the Cloud Reference Architecture working group.  I was pleased that my slides and material were valuable for the cloud metrics topic.  I also brought “The IFPUG Guide to IT and Software Measurement” book, for which I authored the “Cloud Solution Measurement” chapter.  In the next 6 months further clarification will be made for the cloud broker, for security with “big data”, …
